Returns for Leukemia 2013 Results

Sisters & Brothers:

Thank you for your phenomenal fundraising efforts over the last twelve months for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC).

Combined, your fantastic efforts through the Returns for Leukemia Bottle Drive and other fundraising functions raised a record $1,700,012.24!

On your behalf, the donation was presented to the LLSC on June 7, at the UFCW Canada Leukemia Gala. Altogether, UFCW Canada fundraising efforts for the LLSC topped $2.5 million for 2012-2013.

Ryan was a dedicated steward with Local 12R24 and served the Local faithfully. He was respected by the Company he worked for and the Union he belonged to. We were very fortunate to have Ryan for the short time he was with us and he made us a better Local because of his dedication to helping his fellow brothers and sisters.
