Las Vegas, Nevada – UFCW Canada Local 12R24 delegates recently convened with more than 2,500 other UFCW activists at the UFCW 8th Regular Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Workers Health and Safety Center (WHSC) provides a total of two $2,000 scholarships, and three $1,000 scholarships to the winners of the WHSC Annual Student Scholarship Contest. The contest is open to Ontario high school students planning to enter college or university in Fall 2018. The deadline to enter is June 8, 2018.
